AJ’s journey into yoga began seven years ago during a transformative period in his life. While working for a leading private wealth firm on Wall Street, he faced profound health challenges. A friend's introduction to yoga became the catalyst for a life-changing shift, inspiring AJ to leave the corporate world and dedicate himself to guiding others toward happiness and holistic health. With a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Vida Asana in Costa Rica and a 300-Hour certification from ULU Yoga in Bali, Indonesia, AJ is well-versed in various styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin, which he teaches throughout the St. Louis community.
