About
Anette’s yoga journey began in 2012 when she wandered into her first class at the gym.
Drawn by the promise of strength, balance, and flexibility, she quickly discovered yoga offered something much deeper—a sense of peace and grounding that carried far beyond the mat.In 2021, a twist of fate nudged Anette into teaching. What started as filling in for her own teacher soon grew into a calling, despite her nerves and doubts. Since then, she has embraced the role wholeheartedly, continuing to grow as both a teacher and a lifelong student.Anette has completed 500 hours of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga training, along with additional studies in Mindfulness, Yin Yoga, and Reiki. She also has a dedicated Ashtanga practice and is currently enrolled in a 500-hour Ashtanga teacher training to deepen her studies even further.Anette especially loves welcoming students of all ages and backgrounds, with a soft spot for those exploring yoga later in life. Her classes invite you to slow down, tune in, and discover peace and compassion through the wisdom of the body.
