Angel has completed certifications in 200 hour Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga as well as holding certifications in personal training, and aerobics. Angel has also trained in positive psychology, nutrition, injury rehabilitation, and geriatric specialties. Angel has a B.S. in Health Sciences and has worked in pharmaceutical research for over 20 years. Angel's yoga classes incorporate all of her training to achieve a more positive, peaceful, and healthy lifestyle through pranayama, asanas, nutrition, affirmations, and mediation.
