Hello! My yoga philosophy is most concerned with a holistic, balanced lifestyle, including healthy nutrition, and a mind/body connection, as I am also a psychotherapist by day! Core and alignment are especially important for me personally, as I have spinal issues that I have needed to manage for many years.

About
Hello! My yoga philosophy is most concerned with a holistic, balanced lifestyle, including healthy nutrition, and a mind/body connection, as I am also a psychotherapist by day! Core and alignment are especially important for me personally, as I have spinal issues that I have needed to manage for many years.
I found physical relief with yoga practice when I began my journey as a student in 2002, and discovered the added benefit of mental balance. My preferred class offerings are gentle yoga with a focus on the core, some Pilates fusion, pranayama, and meditation. I hope that my classes are exhilarating, centering, and leave you with clarity and kindness in your heart, especially for yourself! “We have so far to go to realize our human potential for compassion, altruism, and love.” ~Jane Goodall ~Namaste
