I am a registered yoga teacher ( RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School ( RYS).
I teach gentle/ restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, children’s yoga. I am certified Qigong Instructor,Reiki Master, Herbalist, Ecotherapy Guide, Meditation Instructor, Death Doula, Animal Communication-Behavior- & Training, Sound Therapy, Spiritual Life Coach, Ordained, Notary Public. I have also taken & completed the local master gardener course… ( my family we are urban farmers). I am over a local ladies hiking & outdoor adventures club, garden club ( a member of one club and I am over another-different- garden club), I am over a local wildlife habitat group as well. I love being outdoors and active. I’m also member of the Blue Star Mothers. Married since 1994. We have four children together ( 3 are adults and 1 is a toddler). I enjoy creating arts & crafts and I enjoy reading a good book ( I am over a local ladies book club as well). Enjoy adventures, meeting new friends, and learning.
