About

Angela (Angie) Jones registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 in April 2011 after completing her teacher training in Bowling Green, Kentucky, under Debbie Marquette and Heidi Crocker.

In September 2011, she co-founded 4yoga, a community yoga studio in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, where she continues to teach. 4yoga strives to make yoga accessible to everyone in three ways: 1) by offering a variety of yoga and meditation classes, all with RYTs; 2) by charging a minimal class fee; and 3) by not requiring pre-registration. In April 2019, Angie completed her 300-hour credential through Sanctuary for Yoga in Nashville, Tennessee, with Daphne Larkin and Tom Larkin as her primary teachers. She is also grateful for all she learned from the electives taught by Shannon Paige, Nicki Doane, Elizabeth Stewart, and Danny Brewington. In June 2019, Angie completed a 50-hour Mindful Yoga for Cancer training at Duke Integrative Medicine with Kimberly Carson and Jim Carson. In June 2021, Angie completed a 25-hour yoga nidra training with Mia Park. In December 2023, Angie completed a 50-hour Integrative Yoga for Seniors training at Duke Integrative Medicine with Kimberly Carlson and Carol Krucoff. In March 2025, Angie founded Lucky Dog Yoga in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky. She continues to manage and teach at 4yoga, Bowling Green's community yoga studio.
