Angela completed 200-hour yoga teacher training with True Nature School of Yoga. In addition, Angela, has successfully completed 40 hours of Advanced Teaching Methodology and Practicum in the Gentle Yoga for Low Back Care Yoga Teacher Training and Certification Program, and 20 hours of Teaching Methodology and Practicum in the Advanced Gentle, Senior, Chair Yoga training program with Yoga Vista Academy. She has also successfully completed the Be Well Yoga for Cancer Recovery 55-hour training program. Angela is also certified in Reiki levels 1 and 2.
