My yoga journey started in a yoga studio in Elkton Ky in 2013, after years of running and biking I added yoga to strengthen and relax my body, I was new to meditation and the benefits were amazing for my life on and off the mat, so in 2018 I decided that I wanted to share this beautiful life changing experience with others in my community, I’m a registered 200 hour Hatha yoga instructor completed my study at a beautiful studio in bowling Green Ky, Be Happy yoga an salt cave, I currently teach classes at Quick Fit Gym in Russellville Ky, the classes that I’m teaching are focused on alignment and connecting breath with posture and all classes end with a 10 minute guided deep relaxation, NAMASTA!.
