Angel Shuey

Her yoga journey started over 20 years ago after being a competitive gymnast and dancer. She has always loved movement and exercise along with mediation and relaxation. She has been teaching kids movement and gymnastics since 2000. Angel truly brings to her classes her authenticity and her love of connecting the mind, body, and breath. She has completed her First Degree Reiki with Usui Shiki Ryhoh and wants to share her glowing radiant energy to others. Angel has the passion to spread yoga to all ages. She has taught several children classes ranging form age 3-16. She is seeking out more opportunities to teach children at any age and adults. She believes teaching at a younger age will help with focus, mindfulness, self-awareness, calming techniques, coordination, and body awareness. She brings her gift of mindfulness and inspiring affirmations to each of her classes with the intention that one’s yoga practice is just not on the mat but throughout all experiences. It is a way of life!
