I began my yoga journey in 2009 through the YogaFit program, where I fell in love with mindful movement, strength-building, and helping others feel at home in their bodies.
After more than a decade of teaching and expanding my practice, I eventually earned my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certification in 2020.My teaching style blends alignment, breathwork, and functional movement with a warm, grounded approach that meets students exactly where they are. I’m passionate about creating accessible, empowering classes that support healing, balance, and self-discovery at every level.Yoga has been a transformative anchor in my life, and it’s an honor to guide others on their personal journey—one breath, one pose, and one moment at a time.
