My yoga practice began as a meditation practice in 2015, which also served as a catalyst for a fitness journey, which is also intertwined with my path as an artist and all the other aspects of my being.

My yoga practice began as a meditation practice in 2015, which also served as a catalyst for a fitness journey, which is also intertwined with my path as an artist and all the other aspects of my being.
I was eventually compelled in the summer of 2018 to take a teacher training course to deepen my practice and find a way to share what I know with others. My style of teaching is based on cultivating body awareness and the discernment to be able to nourish and strengthen oneself through asana. I believe that turning the gaze inward is a key to one’s personal transformation, particularly through yoga. Cultivating energy, channeling it throughout the body, and finding focus, balance, and ease are the pillars of my personal yoga practice that I look forward to sharing.
