Trauma Informed Trainings plus I completed a yoga Nidra certification in Darshana Yoga studio in West Babylon New York I have also completed reiki 1 as well as Reiki 2 certifications I completed a certification program in Kripula on Radiant Child Yoga in I have been a bi-lingual Spanish licensed social worker since I received my MSW from SUNY Stony Brook in 1998 I have a vast level of experience from working with early intervention - working with the elderly population On November I graduated from Breath For Change with my hour yoga teacher training and I continue teaching/offering yoga classes in Spanish Next stop is my Masters with BC via Woolf University Master of Education in Social-Emotional Learning Mindfulness and Yoga Graduated with Master's in Education 2025
