Angel Brownlee, E-RYT 500 serves as Visionary of Temple Road Yoga in Fort Worth, TX. She offers a safe place for yogis to hone their intuitive skills and embody the teachings of yoga. Each person brings unique life experiences to the mat and so the practice is offered to be integrative enough to weave into a yogi's current level of understanding. Angel creatively shares asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra and visualization to encourage inner trust. Her classroom is always full of insight and inquiry from teacher and student.
This is a learning environment for all. We grow together and discover new ways that we recognize yoga is LIFE and life is YOGA. Angel’s first experience of teaching began at the downtown Fort Worth YMCA in 2004. The following year she began her 200-hour teacher training at Priya Yoga Dallas, with Michelle Andrie. She continued her studies and completed the 500-hour yoga training in 2008. Priya Yoga empowers individuals to find their truth, by exploring all aspects of their physical, mental and spiritual life through the practice of yoga. Angel is a CYT with IAYT and holds an E-RYT 500 classification with the Yoga Alliance. The loving influence of teachers Michelle Andrie, Kira Sloane, and Erich Schiffmann are the inspiration for her teaching style. Lately, she is totally in love with Kelly Sunrose and her creative take on all things yoga!
