Maitri Jones is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance as well as a Registered Nurse with the State Board of Nursing in California.
She teaches health oriented yoga and body - mind - spirit wellness classes at The Expanding Light Retreat in Northern California. She directs the Holistic Health Retreat in the Spring each year as well as weekend workshops throughout the year that are suitable for people with various health concerns. She also teaches in a bridge program that allows yoga teachers from other styles to learn the unique aspects of Ananda Yoga and prepare themselves for advanced certificate programs at the Ananda School of Yoga and Meditation.
