I have been teaching Yoga at my fitness center Express Fitness for Women since 2006.
I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach and am also Certified in Pilates, Barre and Tabata Bootcamp. I teach Vinyasa flow Yoga and am an E-RYT 200 teacher with training through YogaFit. I believe that any body can do Yoga regardless of fitness level and offer many options for students to stay safe while improving their strength, flexibility, balance and mental health.
