Ann Cedergren (she/hers) holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling, a certificate of specialization from the Alzheimer’s Foundation as a Brain Longevity Specialist, is attuned as an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and certified Full Spectrum Healer.
Some of her additional areas of certification include Mindfulness for Educators, Applied Suicide Intervention, Mental Health First Aid and Trauma Informed Yoga practices. Compassionate about deconstructing rigid beliefs she honors all traditions and identities with reverence. Ann is available for life guidance with full spectrum healing, workshops in yoga and brain resiliency as well as officiating ceremonies. A recent graduate of The Birch Tree Interfaith Ministry Ann is also a seasoned writer and RI Writing Project Fellow offering compassionate assistance in writing vows and eulogies for your most meaningful ceremonies. A lifelong student on a path of discovery, Ann continues ongoing study with Snatam Kaur, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Rolf Gates, Tommy Rosen, Pauline Drossart, Nikki Myers and Sukhmani Rayat and lives in Warren with her soulmate Paul and and their two sons.
