My passion is teaching accessible yoga to everyone. I teach yoga on the mat and on the chair. Chair Yoga is one of my passions of teaching. Getting rid of the stigma that Chair Yoga is for "old people" and sharing the love of this supportive and energizing practice with everyone. Teaching students to bring awareness to body, mind and spirit for benefits both in yoga class and life.
