Anna Decker

I have been teaching yoga for 5 years, but practicing for the better part of almost 20 years. It gives me so much joy and fulfillment to lead students into a place of greater peace, confidence, strength, flexibility, and JOY as they flow through my classes designed with each unique student in mind. I'm of the mindset that everyone has the potential to change and grow - one breath at a time. I’m still learning and evolving as a teacher and learn something new every time I teach. I am a mom of 3 beautiful boys whom I love dearly. I enjoy sunshine, plants, friends, hiking, singing, art, nature, surfing, and karaoke! When I'm not teaching yoga, I'm raising my boys, baking, throwing parties, hanging out with friends and neighbors, all things Enneagram (I'm an 8w7), practicing yoga and going on local hikes. I dream of owning a retreat/healing center on a beautiful chunk of land with animals and water features that bring health to the mind, body, and soul.
