Anna Eshoo

A Turlock native, she graduated from CSUS earning a BA in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Child Development. Continuing with her studies, she also earned Multiple Subject & Business Credentials along with being awarded her MBA. While pursuing her college education Yoga came into her life, beginning her training under the guidance of Dr. Ping Lou. She continued to pursue this new found passion that lead to earning her E-RYT500 yoga certification. She founded I AM YOGA Wellness Studio in 2008 fulfilling her desire to share her passion for Yoga. Beyond Yoga she teaches business classes to high school students. She is a passionate yogi who believes in self- love, self- care & has the ability to empower her students on & off the mat. After lower back surgeries she shifted her high energy Vinyasa practice to a, lower impact approach, specializing in lower back care. Deeply committed to helping other yogis participate in a practice that strengthens & enlightens, she guides them bringing awareness to their breath, thoughts, body. She allows students to grow in their practice naturally, encouraging them to evolve at their own pace. She has a passion to inspire others to be comfortable in their own skin while living a healthy life. Bringing forward her decade of experience and training, she has been involved in many events & activities that highlight her Yoga career. In 2018 Anna graduated from the Stress Management Center in Marin from the 800 hour teacher training program and is a CIAYT.
