Anna Kompanek

I am a knowledge seeker on a yoga journey, which for me started through the physical practice of asana but grew into a much richer experience that eventually led me to the yoga teacher training. As my practice deepened overtime, I began to approach yoga more holistically and explore all eight limbs of yoga beyond physical movement. I live in beautiful and historic Capitol Hill neighborhood in Washington DC where I practice and teach yoga and explore other creative and community projects.
