Though my first foray into practice was based solely in asana poses I soon learned about the other limbs of yoga and they truly changed my life I had become extremely disconnected from my mind and body and yoga created the space for me to relearn all the important aspects of myself I decided to begin my teacher training program with the hopes of introducing others to the holistic healing of yoga and thereby reintroducing my students to themselves I try to bring back body awareness to students by creating the space and time for them to feel what their body and soul need and then giving them the tools with which to respond.
