Anne Goewey has a passion for personal development in body mind and soul and to be of assistance to those who desire it for themselves feeling called to share her journey with others in this endeavor She has been a yoga practitioner for over years is a HR certified yoga teacher through Frog Pond Yoga Centre and a registered member of Yoga Alliance with over hours of teaching experience  Further teacher training includes certifications in MBSR Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction YSR Yoga for -Step Recovery and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga through the internationally known Trauma Center in Brookline MA  Anne teaches yoga philosophy psychology and spirituality as well as asana in the Teacher Training Programs offered through Frog Pond Yoga Centre both at the Centre in Princeton and in the Complementary Health Care Department at MWCC in Gardner  She finds an eclectic meditative hatha practice her regular ‘flavor of yoga with its emphasis on the inner journey toward stillness mindfulness and oneness with all of creation Her hatha classes are varied and accessible to all levels of fitness and experience body sizes and types as she guides students into and out of poses to the depth of their own bodys ability Anne runs retreats in various areas including sustainable leadership and personal development She works with groups and individuals in all aspects of the yoga journey Anne is a middle-aged woman married with three daughters and two grandchildren with the same challenges in life as most women She offers her ordinary life experience as a “householder yogi” as evidence that this journey is available to anyone Anne can be reached via email at jshealth@gmailcom “As your teacher it is my job to help you find your yoga” ~Desikachar.
