My classes are a supportive space where students can challenge themselves and try new things I provide detailed technical instruction while also encouraging a stronger connection between body breath and mind I completed my initial yoga teacher training with Diego Del Sol in My continued studies have included an anatomy immersion with Nikki Robinson and a Yin Yoga teacher training with Corina Benner of Philadelphia When Im not doing yoga I am a chemistry teacher and math tutor I am located in the Manayunk neighborhood of northwest Philly and I am open to teaching classes at nearby studios or businesses as well as private lessons If you need a yoga instructor or have any questions feel free to contact me!.
