About

Anne Phyfe (that's her first name!) Palmer, E-RYT 500 and RPYT, has been teaching yoga since 1996.

She founded 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle. Anne Phyfe is the 8 Limbs Teacher Training Director, and teaches in the 8 Limbs 200-hr, 500-hr, and Prenatal Teacher Trainings. Anne Phyfe’s focus in yoga is to find both energy and calm through these ancient practices. Her classes are both strong and reflective, and usually involve a theme or intention in practice. View her schedule at www.annephyfe.com/yoga. Listen to her audio class Awaken Fierce Compassion recorded by Yoga International. Anne Phyfe currently studies in the Tantric tradition of The Himalayan Institute. Her main teachers are Rod Stryker and Shari Friedrichsen, and their teacher Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. She has also been heavily influenced by the following teachers: Gary Kraftsow, Sarah Powers, Tias Little, Ana Forrest, and her very first yoga teacher, Kathleen Hunt.
