When Annette was thirteen years old, her vocal teacher introduced her to meditation as a practice for focus.
After several months, her teacher also introduced Annette to her first Yoga session. As she grew she always found balance between a family and a career with meditation and Yoga. Being drawn by expressions of energy, she received her Yoga certification through Shanti Shanti Yoga School in Tustin, CA. Annette has chosen to follow meditation and Yoga as a way to focus, release, restore, receive and express herself. In addition to her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, she is also a Certificated Yin Yoga Teacher, Kids Yoga Teacher, Yoga For All Teacher, Reiki Master/Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner. Annette invokes a teaching style that draws the attention of an open, warm and compassionate environment; always expressing the importance of laughing, being in the moment and gratefulness.
