Yoga has been a part of my life for about years My practice inspires my devotion to walking in truth and living my purpose I am here to be a healing presence and expand the consciousness of the planet I completed my hour Tantra Yoga training with the Holy Love Institute in Marin CA My background is in body and energy work I am also a Reiki master and certified massage therapist I am a forever student of life and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom of teachers who have inspired me to deepen my practice I seek to guide others thrive in life with rich practices that bridge the body mind and soul My hope is that you step off the mat and into each moment inspired to live fully with greater self awareness able to nurture and express your unique radiance.
