My passion and curiosity for the practice of yoga blossomed soon after I took my first class in 2008. I experienced a joyous state and I couldn’t help but want others to feel and experience the same. My philosophy is based on a healthy life style that includes a fit body, a calm mind and a vibrant spirit. My teachings are based on the Baptiste power vinyasa flow. Yoga to me is creating a space free from obstacles in your own body to live. I have learned that there is no instant or magical formula in our practice but that we all have something special within us to reach those goals. My goal in teaching is to bring out that something. To make us feel good about ourselves. This style is unique in that it gives great emphasis to the principle of adaption. Each practitioner can adapt, modify, and make each posture, and each part of their practice, their own. The practice of yoga begins with your abilities, whatever they may be, and steadily build s your practice to a place that allows you to authentically experience the yogic rewards of being stronger, suppler, relaxed and generally less tense. I invite a playful, non-judgmental, yet challenging approach while emphasizing the power of the breath to stay present. My practice will challenge you to experience a personal mind and body transformation. I completed teacher training in 2013 in Philadelphia. I am certified RYT 200 by the Yoga Alliance. When I'm not in the studio I'm spending every minute possible with my wife Annette and my kids Chris and Laura. I also enjoy biking and weight training whenever I can fit it in.
