I teach vinyassa flow classes deeply inspired by the PranaFlow™ style of yoga created by Shiva Rea My classes flow and move as we explore together the movement of Prana the essential life force Joyful movements help us to find strength flexibility and balance in body and mind Together we dance to the rhythm of the breath and the seasons I teach multi-level classes offering a variety of asana posture options and encourage each of my student-friends to follow their own innate wisdom My students have described my classes as inclusive accessible and authentic I completed my teacher training in May RYT- and have been teaching ever since I currently teach weekly gentle yoga classes at the Smithfield Recreation Center making use of chairs straps and blocks for those who need additional support.
