Since July 2015, April has been sharing her passion of yoga with others while spreading the love on the mat (and off the mat) as a certified yoga instructor. April is grateful for the opportunity to share the gifts that yoga has to offer everyBODY, mind and spirit; and teaches a variety of yoga classes, such as: Baby and Me, Beginners, Gentle, Kids, Restore & Renew, Thai Yoga Massage, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUPY), Yin, Vinyasa. Yoga Alliance certified, licensed, insured and First Aid/CPR/AED certified. Serving as a Doula (DONA International) and Hypnobirthing coach (The Mongan Method) and RPYT (registered prenatal yoga teacher) are nurturing services that April envisions providing families of our community and is working towards acquiring the necessary experience and credentials. Combining her current yoga certification and experience with these services, April looks forward to providing families with a holistic approach to pregnancy and childbirth, from pre-natal wellness, throughout the birthing process, to post-natal care.
