I was introduced to yoga in during prenatal classes where I learned to practice restorative poses and yogic breathing I was intrigued by the calming effects and physical well being and after giving birth sought one of the few yoga studios in the city of San Diego before yoga became as popular S we know it and became immersed in the practice While n has hi g my husband on some stretches and postures his injuries he suggested that I teach yoga I completed a teaching certification in and recently received Experienced Teacher status from yoga alliance Throughout y yoga journey I have practiced several methods such as Hatha Iyengar Anusara and since I have practicing the Ashtanga Yoga method I complete ongoing trainings regularly I have participated in workshops and classes with Tim Miller Kino MacGregor and Sharath Jois.
