Aradhana teaches vinyasa classes that seek to cultivate community and safe spaces where individuals are able to connect ground and breathe in ways that remind us of our own power interconnectedness and dharma to one another Aradhana completed her first YTT in May and is committed to continue to learning and understanding how this philosophy and practice can be used to help ourselves heal and grow both individually and collectively She first began to deepen her yoga practice in following the presidential inauguration For Aradhana the spiritual path is a political path As she spends the large majority of her time off the mat as an immigrant rights advocate discovering yoga at that time and developing a regular practice with a consistent community became an integral form of self-care - one she hopes can be made increasingly accessible and available to all.
