Mr. Lynch is a 200hr RYT that specializes in hip hop power/rocket vinyasa. He calls his brand of yoga “Misfit Yoga”: It’s not yoga perfect but yoga practice! At Misfit Yoga, yogis can breathe, relax, stretch and move with no judgment! It’s a yoga class where you are free to be yourself while listening and breathing to some of your favorite hip hop songs! Not flexible? New to yoga? Not in physical shape? Or just intimated by attending normal yoga studios then Misfit Yoga is for you!
