Arielle Castillo // Radha dasi is a Yoga Alliance-registered E-RYT-200, RYT-500 yoga teacher whose passion is making yoga and its philosophy accessible to unlikely populations.
She fell in love with yoga as a teenager, and completed her first 200-hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus in NYC in 2017, while working in the global soccer industry. She's now based in Miami since 2020, and still working in sports, and loes to use yoga's focus on mind-body awareness and recovery for athletes and weekend warriors. Since she started teaching professionally in 2017 in Manhattan and Brooklyn, she fell down the yoga philosophy rabbit hole and went on to complete more than 1000 hours of additional training, including a second 200-hour training and a 300-hour advanced certificate. Her passions on the mat include sequencing and accessibility, and off the mat, studying ancient Yoga wisdom texts under her spiritual teacher, HG Srimati Syamarani Dasi. When she's not working you will find her watching soccer, traveling on pilgrimage to sacred points in India like Vrindavan and Rishikesh, or visiting this country's beautiful national parks. She's also passionate about plant-based cooking, volunteer work, perfecting her Spanish grammar, dancing poorly, and her rescue cats.
