About
Arielle Silver (MFA, RYT-500, E-RYT-200) is the co-creator of the online yoga studio Bhavana Flow Yoga, whose asana classes incorporate self-awareness and visualization in conjunction with a flowing physical asana practice.
Deeply inspired by yogic philosophy and the vinyasa/hatha traditions, the studio offers classes in asana, meditation, energetic anatomy, and philosophy with a body-positive holistic approach that draws on creativity research, narrative storytelling, and more. Since 2009, Arielle has taught at yoga studios, on retreats, and for private clients, corporate offices, community events, and women's shelters. With Darby Orr, she has co-lead Create & Flow yoga and creative vision retreats since 2016. In addition to yoga, Arielle is a performing singer/songwriter and literary writer, and teaches creative writing and creativity studies at Antioch University Los Angeles and for the International Women's Writing Guild. She earned her multi-genre MFA at AULA, and holds degrees in Psychology from Brandeis University and Songwriting from Berklee College of Music. www.ariellesilver.com
