She is trauma informed and specializes in Kundalini yoga including Rebirthing practices. As a sound practitioner she uses crystal bowls gongs chimes guitar and many other instruments. Also Arin Rosa is a singer-songwriter with original music available on all major streaming platforms including a mantra album called Acoustic Aquarian. She leads yoga classes locally and across the country including Aquarian Sadhanas and sound baths. She is available for private events and retreats and facilitates a variety of yoga related workshops and specializes in meditative mantra experiences, songwriting ,and sound healing.
