I discovered yoga as a way to supplement my exercise routine. I'd love to say it was love at first down dog, but it wasn't. I kept practicing and pushing my edge. It was not until I signed up for a "challenge" at my current studio that I absolutely fell in love! Practicing every day has truly changed my approach to yoga. I actually crave my time on the mat every day. I feel out of sorts when I don't make my daily practice. I am finding my voice and comfort in teaching and helping others discover the love affair that I have with yoga. I completed my 200 RYT in a January of 2017 and am now working on an additional 200hr RYT in Yin Yoga. I currently teach many styles of yoga but specialize in Vinyasa and in Yin. I'm not your typical yoga teacher - I am something entirely different. You will leave my classes with a sense of pride and accomplishment and a huge smile on your face. I hope you will share my journey and it will help you as you take the steps on your path.
