I went to my first yoga class sometime in the mid 1990's.
My practice was sporadic until 2019 when I decided to take the 200 hour teacher training. I felt like I had come home! Yoga is my center; physically, mentally and spiritually. In 2021 I took it one step further and opened my own small studio. If you would appreciate an intimate space with small class sizes, this is the space for you!
