Ashleigh Boyce

I began my journey with yoga several years ago but after two knee surgeries I gave my body time to adapt. The past two years, I found my way back and truly fell in love with yoga while teaching in my classroom to students of various ages, experience levels, and abilities. Through meeting my students where they were in their practice but also encouraging their growth, I gained a fresh perspective. I was reminded about something my father told me while growing up as an athlete: we may not be able to give our best every day, but we can give the best we can every day. I want all who join in on this journey to be welcomed into an environment that is accepting of where they are and what they are capable of each day. Some days we are just breathing and other days we are pushing past what we thought we were capable of. I will be there welcoming whichever version is your best in each day and I will be rooting you on. Namaste.
