My name is Ash and I am a 500 E-RYT, 200 E-RYT and YACEP.
I currently mentor other yoga teachers and teach yoga at GoYoga in German Village and Grandview. I love teaching yoga and have an appreciation for all styles. I develop and lead workshops, teacher trainings, and continuing education programs. I have a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I am a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). I am a Contemplative Practitioner at Charlie Health where I offer intensive outpatient yoga therapy to high acuity adolescents and young adults with mental and behavioral health concerns. I am interested in the energetic body and lead chakra workshops. I lead a Journey to Healing Trauma 10-part series. I am interested in trauma informed yoga and will continue educating myself in this area so I can further develop yoga programs to support the trauma recovery process.
