I most commonly teach a vinyasa flow class and have been practicing this style of yoga for about 15 years now.
I also have taught Hatha classes, yin, preschool yoga, prenatal yoga and teenage vinyasa classes. I most enjoy teaching and practicing in a hot room but will get my fix however I can! However, I love to explore other styles of yoga to help expand my knowledge. I have my E-RYT 200 training and I continue to teach a handful of classes every week. I fell in love with hot yoga while living in Canada. I initially started yoga to stay in shape and exercise while the cold winters kept us inside, but I came to realize all the other amazing benefits that came along with it like a more relaxed body and mind, better sleep, clearer skin and overall better health. I also began to learn the practice of meditation and how important it is for my asana practice.
