About
Ashley Gravelle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She is also Crystal Reiki I certified. Ashley has taught flow, gentle, hot flow and meditation. She is keenly interested in the ways in which the divine can been seen in everyday life. Ashley teaches Hot Flow weekly at Cape Coral Yoga and Pilates, and she enjoys applying a theme to each practice. Her themes often center around the Yamas and Niyamas, chakras, crystal pairings with mantras, and sometimes specific areas of the body. Ashley's goal for each practice is not only to provide a well rounded sequence, but to help her students connect with themselves and with the divine by opening chakras, clearing energy pathways, and making space for light and love. When students find that place within themselves that resonates with love, light, peace and joy, the place in which the entire universe dwells, they are one with themselves and with everyone around them :)
