Retired Air Force Veteran & EMT-B.I am a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance in the following yoga forms: Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin.
I am currently working on my children's yoga certification, while also my bachelors in psychology. I have been practicing 15yrs and have been an instructor almost 2yrs.I am also a CMA (Complementary Medical Association) certified in Sound Healing. I specialize in Singing Bowls & tuning forks. (I do Chakra alignments, aura cleansing, & sound baths for those who are interested. )I am current on my first aid/ CPR/ AED national certification. I also am currently on-boarding (oct2025) to become a volunteer at the Veteran's Yoga Project. I will be working with them on their social media.———————————-I am available for private practice, group, events, and local businesses within the Hampton Roads, VA area. I am retired military & have access to the base for teaching for anyone or organization that may apply too. My experience in the military was as a USAF Medic: 4N071. During part of my time in i served as my units PTL (physical training leader). Specifically at Osan AB, South Korea (08-09 : 51st AMDS) & Ramstein AB, Germany (09-2011 : 21st AMDS & MDOS) .
