Ashley Ludwick

In 2010, she moved to San Antonio and started teaching full time at various studios around the city. Since then she has expanded the scope of her knowledge of yoga through various training courses including an additional 200 hours teacher training with the Esther Vexler Yoga School and hours of teaching experience. After graduating with the class of 2017, she was asked to join the Board of Directors for the Esther Vexler Yoga School in July 2017 and served as Secretary until July 2023. She graduated from her 300 hour yoga teacher training with Unbound Collective in Cibolo, TX in May 2022. In September 2023, Ashley opened a studio in San Antonio, TX...Blue Heart Studio. The studio combines all of the training and styles of yoga that have been studied over her years as a teacher.
