Ashley Messur is originally from upstate New York and moved to California 10 years ago to teach high school special education.
She has been practicing yoga for many years and obtained her RYT 200 at the House of Om in Bali, Indonesia. She also completed a 70hr Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing training in San Diego, California as she is passionate about being a student herself and believes that everyone deserves an opportunity to slow down and experience the profound effects of stillness. Ashley has received first degree reiki attunement and is initiated into Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage of reiki practitioners. Her goal is to create a safe space that is inclusive and accessible to everyone in order to honor deep rest and support the nervous system both on and off of the mat.
