Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor since 2010, I have been sharing my love of yoga with my students ever since. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I want to help others experience the joy of life with yoga. The body, mind, and soul glow you feel when you slowly roll up from your mat after a nourishing and balancing practice is priceless.
