About

Ashley Narsutis is an enthusiastic yoga teacher helping persons of all ages and abilities to find the mental and physical benefits of practicing yoga.

Inspired by her own journey of navigating anxiety and depression with the aid of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, she aims to empower others with yoga tools. Her teaching style is Vinyasa based and Hatha influenced, encouraging breath with movement, attention to alignment, and self reflection. Ash lives in San Francisco, walking distance to coffee shops and a short jog to the beach. A corporate attorney and consultant by day, as well as a wife and mother of boys, she can’t help but stay busy. A yoga enthusiast and mental health advocate, Ash is passionate about promoting mental health and sharing the benefits that she has found in yoga. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
