My yoga journey began when I was questioning how I truly wanted to spend my time on this planet Then yoga came into my life and changed my world completely After the first couple of times I experimented with different yoga videos online I began to feel better physically mentally and emotionally Soon after I began to attend classes in a studio that propelled my yoga practice into what it is today Being someone who has dealt with depression finding something that offered almost instant relief from that state of mind was something I didnt think I would find And I am very glad that I did Knowing how much yoga has helped me personally I decided I needed to share it with the rest of the world in any way that I can and began my teacher training Now sharing the gift of yoga and helping people to find a calmer inner being is my passion in life and Im excited to share it with you!.
