I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance acknowledging the completion of my yoga teacher training at Orange Coast College a Registered Yoga School RYS I developed my personal yoga practice several years ago while navigating the grief of divorce and recovery It completely changed my life by restoring both my physical and emotional bodies and greatly improving my ability to show up for life on a daily basis This lit my passion for yoga and sharing it with others I strongly believe that yoga is accessible to everyone and it can help bring balance harmony and happiness into life My background is in musical studies including a Certification as a Sound Meditation Practitioner I love the vibrations of sound and the way they resonate in the body and mind I perform musically locally in Long Beach as well as to my students to facilitate a relaxing experience through sound meditation during final resting poses I look forward to seeing you on the mat!.
