Ashley is an Anusara-inspired yoga instructor in East Glacier Park, Montana.
She fell in love with the practice of yoga in 2001 and began teaching in 2004. She completed her 300-hr. advanced teacher training in Anusara Yoga in 2019, and has attended two year-long immersions and a teacher training, as well as participated in a mentorship with Karen Sprute-Francovich, owner of Garden Street Yoga in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. She has attended many workshops and retreats, studying primarily Anusara Yoga. Ashley has taught in yoga studios, community centers, Universities, with various organizations as a volunteer for both child and adult classes, and in several schools for Physical Education classes and after-school programs for children in grades K-12. She offers kids yoga and mindfulness workshops for educators and is available to teach yoga classes for kids, as well as private classes for adults. Ashley's teaching style is open and welcoming, flowing, heart-opening, alignment focused, and grounding. Expect to be both challenged and nurtured in Ashley’s classes.
