I am an experienced yoga teacher with a master's degree in marriage and family therapy.
I provide accessible, empowering, and inclusive yoga to adults of all ages, teens, and families. I have experience teaching in many different settings such as workplaces, studios, for a nonprofit, and more. I focus on providing yoga experiences that are safe and customized to each person's needs. I provide both public and private yoga and meditation experiences in Orange County, CA and on Zoom.
